Welcome to the International Center for Leadership Development, Inc.'s (ICLD's) family of online learning management systems, which include the Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Training Network (ESOHTN) and the Environmental Compliance Assessment Training and Tracking System (ECATTS). ICLD and any and all entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with ICLD are collectively referred to herein as "we," "us" or "our". The ESOHTN and ECATTS training sites and related services (the "Sites") are accessible worldwide to any authorized user with internet access subject to the following Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may be modified or amended from time to time without notice to you.

Privacy

This website is owned by the International Center for Leadership Development, Inc. and is operated for the State of Alaska DOT&PF.

This website is a tool to help you register for and complete the training offered by the Alaska DOT&PF. Your account may have been created for you by information provided by the State of Alaska DOT&PF. If so, the information provided includes your name, employee number, PCN, base rate of pay and other job related information. Whether your account was created on your behalf or directly by you, the information collected is used to enable you to register for both live and online training offered by or through the State of Alaska DOT&PF, to report the fact or results of your training to authorized administrators, to track costs related to your training and for responding to your support requests.

The site uses a session cookie (tokens that remain active only until you close your browser) to maintain the user's login.

We never rent, sell or share your personal information with any persons or non-affiliated organizations except to register you for classes you have requested. We do not collect information for commercial marketing. The information provided by you or the Alaska DOT&PF to create your account is used for managing your training and responding to your support requests. We recommend that you NOT include any additional personal information, especially Social Security numbers. Beyond the uses listed above, we will only share the information you give us when otherwise required by law.

Personal Use

You agree to use the Sites for your personal training and reference purposes (either for the benefit of yourself or your employer). You agree to personally respond to all test questions for any online training you take through this site. You agree that you will not disclose your password to anyone else or otherwise permit anyone to gain unauthorized access to this site.

User Account, Password and Security

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Site's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

Copyrights and Trademarks

Each of the Sites as a whole is copyrighted as a collective work. All information, applications, content and materials contained on the Sites are our copyrighted property or the copyrighted property of our licensors or licensees. All trademarks, service marks, trade names and trade dress are proprietary to us and/or our licensors and licensees. Infringement of the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names and trade dress in the Sites (including the selection and arrangement of content) is prohibited.

No information, content or material from the Sites may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without our written consent.

By submitting material to us such as, but not limited to, through the Comment or Suggestions features, you are thereby granting us a non-inclusive, royalty-free, world wide license to reproduce, display, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise use such material, for any purpose whatsoever, without the requirement of any payment to you or to any other person or entity.
